2025 Sunday Writer's Salon Workshops

We are all shaped by the stories we’re told—about who we should be, what we should believe, and how we should move through the world. Some of these stories uplift us. Others keep us small. Over time, we may outgrow them—or begin the slow process of unlearning.

This generative writing workshop invites participants to explore the space between what they were taught and what they’ve come to believe. Through guided prompts, we’ll reflect on inherited ideas about identity, culture, gender, family, power, and self-worth—and begin to write through the tension between those external narratives and our internal truths.

Together, we will:

✨ Explore the beliefs we’ve chosen to keep, revise, or release

✨ Write toward clarity, self-definition, and personal transformation
